Use of Desert Green Enterprises website and/or placing an order with Desert Green Enterprises constitutes an agreement to the Terms & Conditions, including shipping and return policies. Desert Green Enterprises offers legal industrial hemp that is grown pursuant to a hemp growers license from the Oregon Department of Agriculture which is in accordance with agricultural pilot program under Section 7606 of the 2014 U.S. Farm Bill. The Farm Bill defines ‘‘industrial hemp’’ as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped according to indicated shipping method, in discreet packaging, and within three (3) business days of receipt and payment of order. Desert Green Enterprises LLC is not responsible for any order that is lost in transit, not delivered, stolen, or seized.

*Note: Desert Green Enterprises LLC currently does not ship to Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, Desert Green Enterprises LLC does not accept any returns.
